Target also does much to maintain a positive image in the community by being involved and giving to various causes. In 2010, Target’s Take Charge of Education foundation donated over $24 million to over 85,000 schools across the country. In 2011, Target donated thousands of dollars to various tornado, flood and tsunami relief programs in the US and Japan.
Risk Reduction
Target helps to reduce customer’s risk by allowing returns for unopened/unused merchandise for 90 days after purchase. For most online purchases, Target will also allow you to return the items in-store if needed.
